No hay Gaceta oficial para parar a los transportistas que fijan a su conveniencia el cobro del pasaje. Tampoco hay funcionarios que quieran aplicar las leyes. Se debe apretar la mano para eliminar los h\u00e1bitos y vicios que se han creado \u00faltimamente, es mi recomendaci\u00f3n en nombre de los adultos mayores\u201d, insisti\u00f3.
