Calentar suficiente aceite en un caldero mediano. En un bol o cuenco se baten los huevos, y en otro echamos la harina, la sal, y la pimienta. Revolver.<\/p>\n<p>Pasar los calamares ya cortados por la harina, sacudirlos bien y pasarlos por el taz\u00f3n del huevo batido, y luego otra vez por el de harina. Llevar al caldero y fre\u00edr hasta dorar.<\/p>\n<p>Se comen reci\u00e9n fritos, a\u00fan calientes.
