Procedimiento para remover Magistrados se inicia con intervenci\u00f3n del Poder Ciudadano.\u00a0El art\u00edculo 265 de la Carta Magna faculta al Poder Ciudadano para calificar las faltas graves de los miembros del TSJ\u00bb, destac\u00f3 el presidente del TSJ a trav\u00e9s de unos mensajes publicados desde la cuenta en Twitter del TSJ.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los diputados de oposici\u00f3n buscan remover de sus cargos a los magistrados del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ) debido a las sentencias publicadas el pasado mi\u00e9rcoles en las que asum\u00edan el poder de la AN por esta encontrarse en \u00abdesacato\u00bb.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"es\" dir=\"ltr\">Maikel Moreno, Pdte.
