{"id":56906,"date":"2017-04-19T16:09:21","date_gmt":"2017-04-19T16:09:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elluchador.info\/web\/?p=56906"},"modified":"2017-04-19T16:09:21","modified_gmt":"2017-04-19T16:09:21","slug":"an-aprobo-creacion-de-una-comision-para-elegir-nuevos-magistrados-del-tsj","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elluchador.info\/?p=56906","title":{"rendered":"AN aprob\u00f3 creaci\u00f3n de una comisi\u00f3n para elegir nuevos magistrados del TSJ"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>La comisi\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 como objetivo\u00a0 reconstruir el pa\u00eds en materia de justicia<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Asamblea Nacional aprob\u00f3 ayer martes la creaci\u00f3n de un Comisi\u00f3n Preliminar de Postulaciones Judiciales, para elegir los nuevos magistrados de la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de justicia (TSJ).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La segunda vicepresidenta del Poder Legislativo, Dennis Fern\u00e1ndez, propuso una Comisi\u00f3n Preliminar de Postulaciones Judiciales, la cual estar\u00eda integrada por doce parlamentarios: Chaim Bucar\u00e1n, Ismael Garc\u00eda, Sonia Medina, Edgar Zambrano, Carlos Berrizbeitia, Julio C\u00e9sar Reyes, Rafael Guzm\u00e1n, Maribel Gu\u00e9dez, Olivia Lozano, Luis Carlos Padilla, Omar Gonz\u00e1lez y Jos\u00e9 Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dicha Comisi\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 como objetivo\u00a0 reconstruir el pa\u00eds en materia de justicia, al considerar que el hilo constitucional se rompi\u00f3 tras las sentencias 155 y 156, para lo que fueron designados 12 diputados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el parlamentario Jos\u00e9 Rafael Guzm\u00e1n critic\u00f3 la actuaci\u00f3n del defensor del pueblo, Tarek William Saab, al considerar que debi\u00f3 convocar al Consejo Moral Republicano\u00a0 y oficiar a los magistrados.
