{"id":75414,"date":"2017-07-26T17:50:46","date_gmt":"2017-07-26T17:50:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elluchador.info\/web\/?p=75414"},"modified":"2017-07-26T17:50:46","modified_gmt":"2017-07-26T17:50:46","slug":"tsj-realiza-audiencia-al-alcalde-ramon-muchacho","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elluchador.info\/?p=75414","title":{"rendered":"TSJ realiza audiencia al alcalde Ram\u00f3n Muchacho"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0El Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ) record\u00f3 \u00a0que hoy es la audiencia del alcalde del municipio Chacao, del estado Miranda, Ram\u00f3n Muchacho, ante la Sala Constitucional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Sala Constitucional del m\u00e1ximo tribunal\u00a0 fij\u00f3 el pasado 19 de julio la audiencia oral y p\u00fablica para el alcalde de Chacao, a quien se le orden\u00f3 no permitir barricadas en su municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La audiencia se lleva a cabo\u00a0para\u00a0determinar el presunto desacato del mandato de amparo cautelar contenido en las sentencias n\u00fameros 377 del 31 de mayo de 2017 y 369 del 24 de mayo de 2017,\u00a0respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El TSJ hab\u00eda sentenciado que el alcalde deb\u00eda impedir las barricadas en su municipio y garantizar el libre tr\u00e1nsito de los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"es\" dir=\"ltr\">TSJ recuerda al pa\u00eds que hoy es la audiencia del alcalde del municipio Chacao del Edo.
