En 1997 la\u00a0Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas\u00a0lo proclam\u00f3 oficialmente. Su prop\u00f3sito es generar y fortalecer la conciencia mundial sobre la importancia de la\u00a0aviaci\u00f3n civil\u00a0para el desarrollo social y econ\u00f3mico de los Estados, y del papel de la\u00a0Organizaci\u00f3n de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil Internacional\u00a0(OACI) en la promoci\u00f3n de la seguridad, la eficiencia y la regularidad del transporte a\u00e9reo internacional. Ese d\u00eda se conmemora, tambi\u00e9n, la creaci\u00f3n de la OACI en\u00a01944.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Su celebraci\u00f3n ya hab\u00eda sido declarada en 1992 por la Asamblea de la OACI.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El\u00a0D\u00eda Internacional de la aviaci\u00f3n civil\u00a0se celebra mundialmente el\u00a07 de diciembre.
